Project Dendrite: An Intermedia Event: (Per)forming New Matrices
Dancing on a Pathway of Arteries: Examining the physical and metaphorical condition of the human heart as told by the Narrator. The Narrator examines how the self is perceived via the dendrites if the internet, screens, cameras and audience members.
Experiential Workshop:
Listening to ourselves we will explore the dendritical paths of our lives as we intersect with one another.
Our warm up will be based on the fundamentals of Release Technique, yoga and Pilates. The last hour will be structured improvisations for journaling, drawing and dancing. Participants will explore themes that are personally and collective meaningful. Come prepared to sense, feel, imagine, to dance, creative write, draw, speak and sing the stories of life and healing. The last half hour will be sharing and closing.
