Expressive Arts in Intentional Community with Shauna DeGuire, MA
In this 90 minute session, participants will learn about the practical applications of expressive arts therapy in an intentional community, Earthaven Eco-village, to promote creative solutions to challenging cohabitation issues. Earthaven is an intergenerational ecovillage of around 85 members, situated in the pristine Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Instructors, students, and those aspiring to bring expressive arts to facilitate conflict resolution, to bringing communities closer together, will find this session filled with helpful tools and resources. Earthaven, along with Mystic Wildcraft, is dedicated to caring for people and the Earth by learning, living, and demonstrating a holistic, sustainable culture.
