BEEvaluating the Hive with Jennifer Meliton, M.Ed.
Every bee is accountable for their performance. Feedback can either help individuals grow, or it can hinder that growth. In this workshop, participants learn through participation how the effective domain trumps the cognitive domain regarding student growth and impact. Jennifer will also share how her schools created and implemented a badging system to replace grades as a form of feedback for kindergarten students, and will work with participants to explore the use of badging in their own hives.
