Step 1, Logging in: Create your login for IEATA’s 2019 conference. This is separate from your Memberclicks log-in information. Be sure you save your password so you can log back in and select your courses later!
Step 2, Registrant Information: This is the page where you’ll enter the information we’ll use to create name tags as well as any accommodations you’ll need at the conference (dietary restrictions, mobility limitations, etc). The website will hold you on this page until you have completed the required fields.
Presenters, please select Member, Non-member, or Student. You will have the opportunity to enter your presenter discount later in the process.
Step 3, Registration Fees: Please select which portions of the conference you’ll be attending. Once you click the boxes under “Conference Options”, a new section titled “Conference Fees” will appear and display the costs associated with your selected option. Your pricing will be based on your “Registrant Type” you selected on the previous page (Member, Non-member, Student).
If you are a Presenter, please enter your discount code here. Your presenter discount will not appear under “Conference Fees” but will appear on the next page.
If you are able, please make a donation to our scholarship fund.
Step 4, Confirm Selection: This page will total the your individual fee, based on your registrant type, conference selections, and discount code. If this looks right, click through to the next page. If you’ve forgotten something, you can go back to one of the previous pages.
Please note: You can toggle through the different pages of the registration platform via the bar at the top right of your screen labeled “My Application”. Simply click the down arrow next to the percentage and you’ll be able to navigate between pages (so long as you have filled in the required information).
Step 5, Checkout: Fill in your credit card information in order to complete your transaction. Click the green “Charge me” button on the bottom of the page when you are ready.
Step 6, Book Your Room: The conference will be held at the Double Tree by Hilton Berkeley Marina in Berkeley, CA. There are a limited number of rooms available at a special rate here. Clicking this link will open a new tab for you on the Double Tree website.
Step 7, Selecting Courses: Hover over the status bar on the top right hand corner of your screen next to the words My Application. Choose Course Selection from the mini drop down menu. Once there you will first see only the pre-conference choices so click on the mini right carrot where it says Feb 2019 on the left hand side just above the list of sessions. This will bring you to the conference breakout sessions where you can make your selections. Make your choices!
